About Michele Goodman
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #149224) based in Los Angeles. I earned my Master’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University and came to this work after a career in interior design and professional organizing. That experience shaped how I think about creating intentional spaces. Now, I focus on creating emotional spaces where clients feel grounded, supported, and truly safe to grow.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with who they are, build confidence, and create lives and relationships that feel authentic and fulfilling. My approach is collaborative and tailored. I draw from a mix of modalities depending on what resonates most with each client. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are exploring their identity, deepening their self-knowledge, and learning how to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
Authenticity is at the heart of my work. Therapy with me is a space for honest reflection, meaningful connection, and compassionate support, a place to align more fully with the person you want to be.
